Return & Refund
At ALL SEASONS, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We take pride in delivering premium quality, exceptional craftsmanship, and timeless design. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your package.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Final Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Orders paid with Store Credit or Coupon Codes are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, earrings, and fragrances cannot be returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To begin your return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Once your details are submitted and you’ve selected your preferred shipping provider, you’ll receive an email containing your postage label or QR code, along with full return instructions.

Please note:

The customer is responsible for any fees incurred during the return process.

Postage costs will be calculated and must be paid in the final step before receiving your label.

You may arrange your own return shipment; however, ALL SEASONS is not responsible for lost or untracked parcels.
Returns & Exchanges
You can choose to:

Receive store credit,
-
Exchange your item for another size or style, or
-
Request a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Include your order confirmation email or packing slip in the return package, and note your preferred exchange (if applicable).

Once we receive your return, your new item will be shipped or your refund processed within 5–7 business days.
If an order is returned due to missed delivery or failure to collect the parcel, the original and return shipping costswill be deducted from your refund.
If you’d like the order resent, a new shipping fee will apply.
If you return part of an order that included free promotional items, the value of those items or discounts will be deducted proportionally from your refund.
Refunds

A valid tracking number must be provided when shipping back your return.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return, plus an additional 1–5 business days for your bank to finalize the transaction.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are not eligible for free return shipping on subsequent orders.
If your order was paid entirely with store credit or a discount code, the items will be considered Final Sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at fashionallseasons13@gmail.com within 30 days of dispatch, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
In some cases, you may be asked to return the incorrect item through our Returns Portal.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare event you receive a faulty or damaged product, we’re here to help.
A “faulty item” refers to one that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
You may choose between a full refund or a replacement (subject to availability).
To report a faulty item:

Contact fashionallseasons13@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault.
Once verified, we’ll provide return instructions. If we request the item’s return, we’ll either send a prepaid label or reimburse your shipping upon proof of postage.
Refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days after inspection.
Please note: This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund (excluding shipping) once the returned items have been inspected and confirmed to be in their original condition.
For verified faulty items, the full amount including shipping will be refunded.
